If you are using Google Forms as a way to collect sign-ups for an event with limited capacity, there is no way to limit the number of attendees using Google’s out-of-the-box tools. Luckily, the Form Limiter Add-on allows you to set a limit to how many people can respond to a Form so you don’t have to worry about turning anyone away.
